About the role
Fitta Diesel Services PTY LTD' is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Electrician to join our team in Yatala, Queensland. As an Auto Electrician , you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of associated equipment. This is a full time position, offering the flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
Conducting diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on electrical and a/c systems and related components
Troubleshooting and repairing, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance tasks
Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations
Maintaining detailed records of work completed and parts used
Providing technical advice and support to customers as required
What we're looking for
Extensive experience as an Auto Electrician, with a proven track record of successfully maintaining and repairing equipment and heavy vehicles.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and rectify complex issues
Proficient in the use of a range of tools, equipment and diagnostic software
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
A holder of a valid driver's licence and ability to travel to client sites as needed
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
