Skillset is seeking a full-time Maintenance Electrician to join our client’s team in Lithgow, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and reliability.

About the Role

You will play an important part in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of a busy environment. Your day-to-day work may include:

  • Conducting electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and fault finding

  • Completing electrical installations to regulatory and site standards

  • Applying and developing your PLC programming capabilities

  • Upholding strong hygiene and cleanliness practices

  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements

  • Always following WH&S policies and procedures

About You

We’re looking for someone who is safety‑focused, proactive and ready to contribute to a hardworking team. You will also have:

  • A current NSW Electrical Licence (essential)

  • Experience with PLC programming (highly regarded)

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

  • A commitment to maintaining safe and efficient operations
