The Role
As a Safety Compliance Technician, you'll have the flexibility to manage your day, but the work must be completed within set timeframes. Each day, you’ll be provided with a run sheet detailing the properties to visit, where you'll conduct inspections, perform maintenance, and record essential data via mobile device.
Responsibilities include:
Inspecting, maintaining, and replacing 9v and hardwired smoke alarms
Corded window safety adjustments
Safety switch testing
Air conditioner filter cleaning
Water efficiency tests
What You Bring to the Team:
A current Electrical Licence (essential)
A current driver’s licence
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
A professional, well-presented demeanour with strong communication skills
Great time management and organization skills
Physical fitness to safely climb ladders throughout the day
Have a smart phone and confident in using mobile devices for reporting purposes
A Federal Police Check (conducted prior to commencement)
Training Provided
