In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of a variety of lifts, including Hydraulic, MRL, and Platform lifts. Your technical expertise will ensure these systems operate safely and efficiently, making you a key contributor to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lift Service & Maintenance: Perform expert-level servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance on various lift systems.

• Inspections & Troubleshooting: Conduct diagnostic tests, inspections, and implement repairs to ensure optimal lift performance.

• Customer Engagement: Provide professional, customer-focused service and advice regarding lift maintenance and care.

• Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.

• Record Keeping: Accurately document all work completed, including maintenance logs and repair reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Electrical Licence: Essential for the role.

• Industry Knowledge: Prior lift experience is highly regarded, but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Problem Solving Skills: Strong technical and analytical capabilities with the ability to work autonomously.

• Excellent Communication: Confident communicator with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

• Valid Driver’s Licence: Required for travel to customer sites.
