The Role

As our Lead Maintenance Electrician, you will be the face of our service department. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the longevity and safety of our customers' systems through expert diagnostics and high-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Fault Finding & Diagnostics: Identifying issues in complex residential and commercial arrays.
Warranty & Repairs: Coordinating and executing warranty claims and hardware replacements.
Commissioning: Bringing new and upgraded systems online (including battery storage).
System Audits: Performing comprehensive health inspections and generating professional reports.
Customer Excellence: Providing clear, honest communication to our clients.''

We are specifically looking for candidates who can hit the ground running with proven industry knowledge:

Accreditation: Current A-Grade Electrical License + SSA/Battery Accreditation preferred.
Solar Veteran: Extensive experience specifically within solar maintenance and troubleshooting.
Leadership Mindset: Someone ready to lead a division and grow with the company.
Tech Savvy: Ability to use monitoring portals and digital reporting tools effectively.
A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Valid White Card (Construction Induction).
Valid Working at Heights Ticket.
Valid Working with Children's Check.
Australian Driver's Licence.
Full Australian working rights.
