About the role
Peninsula Plumbing and Air Conditioning is expanding and launching our electrical division — and we're looking for an experienced Electrician to be part of it from day one. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role where you won't just be another team member — you'll help shape the systems, standards and future team as the division grows.

Key responsibilities

Installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems
Fault finding and troubleshooting
Providing clear advice and solutions to customers
Ensuring all work meets compliance and safety standards
Supporting the development of processes for the new electrical division
Assisting with mentoring apprentices as the team expands

Skills & experience

Qualified Electrician with minimum 3 years' experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Current electrical licence
Current unrestricted electrical licence required
Driver's licence
Experience working with air conditioning systems
Australian work rights required
