Electrician Air Conditioner Technician - Company car

About the Role
Green Focus Contracting specialise in high-quality air conditioning installations & electrical services across the Sunshine Coast. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team focusing primarily on air conditioning installations. This is a hands-on role where you'll handle all aspects of AC installs, ensuring safe, compliant, and tidy work every time. Air conditioning experience not required but highly regarded, training and air-conditioning certificate can be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and wire split system, multi-head, and ducted air conditioning units (electrical connections, dedicated circuits, isolators, and switchboard work)

• Electrical installation and maintenance across commercial and residential sites

• Ensure all installations meet Queensland electrical safety standards, AS/NZS 3000, and relevant codes

• Collaborate with installation teams and handle full installations in a team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

• Maintain a clean and safe work site, complete job documentation, and provide excellent customer service

• Occasional service and maintenance calls as required

What We're Looking For

• Current Queensland Electrical Work Licence (A-Grade or equivalent) – essential

• Experience in air conditioning installations - not essential training can be provided

• ARCtick (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) advantageous – or willingness to obtain if needed; we are happy to pay for and support the necessary training and certification to get you fully qualified

• Valid Queensland Driver's Licence

• White Card and strong safety focus

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team

• Own basic hand tools (specialised tools & test equipment provided)
