Underground Electrician | HV | FIFO | 15:13 | Gold | Pilbara

We are currently seeking Underground Electricians with HV Switching experience to join our team at the Paulsen’s Gold Operation in the Eastern Pilbara.

The Role

Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will support the safe and efficient operation of site through electrical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.

Our Electricians are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and fault-finding of underground electrical infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance and fault-finding of underground electrical systems

• High Voltage switching and electrical operations

• Installation and commissioning of electrical equipment

• Breakdown response and preventative maintenance

• Working across underground and surface infrastructure

About You

• WA ‘A’ Grade Electrical License (Unrestricted)

• HV Switching certification & experience (essential)

• Proven underground mining experience, including a background working as an UG Shift Electrician

• Strong fault-finding and maintenance capability

• C Class Driver’s License

Highly regarded

• Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test Atmosphere

• First Aid & LV Rescue/CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Location & Roster

• FIFO from Perth to Onslow, followed by a 2-hour bus transfer to site

• DIDO from Onslow, Exmouth, Karratha or Dampier

• Roster: 15 days on / 13 days off
