About the role

We’re seeking experienced Electricians to join a major new-energy construction project focused on building hydrogen electrolyzer infrastructure. You’ll be involved in installing, aligning, and assembling electrical components on site, working closely with a team of industry experts.

This is a great opportunity to contribute your trade skills to a cutting-edge clean energy project, with the benefit of a convenient location just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

  • Work on the construction of a cutting-edge hydrogen demonstration plant, located just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD at Bulwer Island

  • $60.00 per hour (base hourly) + $2.50 per hour (site allowance) + $5.00 per hour (project completion allowance)

  • Penalties apply after 7.6 hours per day, calculated on your base hourly rate

  • Annual leave & sick leave accrual applicable in addition to leave loading of 17.5%

  • 10-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday - perfect for Brisbane Locals. Applications will only be considered for candidates residing in Brisbane region.

  • Projects work commenced mid-October and runs through to June 2026, offering steady work over the medium term

Who do we want to hear from?

· Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Electrician working on large scale maintenance or construction projects within the resources industry

· Trade Certificate

· EEHA (Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas)

· Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:

· Unrestricted Electrical Licence (QLD)

· CPCCWHS1001 White Card

· Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
