The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for trade-qualified Auto Electricians to join established mining operations in South Australia.

These opportunities are across both underground and surface mining environments, working with national mining contractors across a range of modern mobile plant and mining equipment.

Successful candidates will join experienced maintenance teams responsible for diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on a range of heavy equipment.

Duties

• Diagnostics and fault finding on electrical systems
• Maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile plant and mining equipment
• Breakdown support and preventative maintenance
• Installation and repair of electrical and electronic components
• Working within site safety and maintenance procedures

Your Skills & Experience

• Trade qualified Automotive Electrician
• Experience working on heavy vehicles, mobile plant or mining equipment
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Previous mining experience advantageous but not essential
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
