We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Melbourne Water contract. This is a full‑time position, primarily located at our Brooklyn Melbourne Water site, reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, and working as part of a high‑performing, multidisciplinary team. This is a hands‑on, influential role where your ideas will shape how we maintain, optimise and future‑proof critical assets.
You’ll be trusted to explore new technologies, apply smart engineering thinking, and turn insights into real‑world improvements that deliver safety, reliability, sustainability and long‑term value.

You are an experienced Electrical Engineer or continuous improvement professional with an electrical background who enjoys working close to operations and seeing tangible outcomes from your ideas. You combine analytical thinking with strong stakeholder engagement and are motivated by improving how systems perform over time.
