The Role

As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering practical, high-quality electrical design solutions across a diverse range of building services projects. Based in our Spring Hill office, you’ll work closely with our electrical team and wider building services group to support project outcomes from concept through to completion.

You’ll be involved in the technical delivery of projects, preparing documentation, coordinating with other disciplines, and contributing to efficient, well-considered solutions that make a real impact.

This role is ideal for someone with solid electrical building services experience who enjoys hands-on design, collaboration, and problem-solving, and is ready to continue developing their career within a supportive, high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering electrical services design across building services projects

• Preparing technical documentation, drawings, schedules, and design calculations

• Collaborating with internal teams across mechanical, hydraulic, fire, and structural disciplines

• Liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and external stakeholders

• Supporting project coordination and contributing to efficient design outcomes

• Ensuring designs comply with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code

• Contributing to project planning, documentation, and delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification

• 3+ years’ experience in electrical services design within building services

• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC requirements

• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM environments

• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
