About the Job

Applying your knowledge and capability to enhance and strengthen the performance of our modern Sugar Mill in key areas such as:

• Power Generation, HV / LV Distribution and Protection Systems

• DCS, PLC and SCADA Systems

• AC / DC Variable Speed Drives

Work on Capital Expenditure projects from conception to delivery

You will be part of a high performing Electrical team also responsible for maintenance and reliability

You will be required to be available for work one weekend in four during the Crush.

About You

• You are a qualified Electrical Engineer or a tradesperson supported by an associate degree

• You are comfortable working in a manufacturing, processing or heavy industry environment

• You have relevant work experience, in a complex environment, where no two days are the same

• Safety is at the core of everything you do

• You will be SAP savvy

• You are a natural at CAD systems and documentation using the MS Office suite

• You can weigh up multiple conflicting pieces of information and develop a plan to achieve organisational goals.

• You are a team player and operate in accordance with Tully Sugar’s Values and Behaviours

• You are analytical and never stop looking for ways to improve performance of Tully Sugar.

• You are curious and like to learn new things.

• You communicate with empathy, but purposefully.
