Food Manufacturing - Sydney

A global leader in food manufacturing with a strong presence in Australia is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their team on the afternoon shift at their advanced production facility in Sydney.

This is a full-time, permanent role working within a highly automated production environment, where you’ll play a key role in keeping the site running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on motors, control panels, and other electrical systems
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults to minimise downtime
· Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawings
· Carrying out safety inspections and ensuring all equipment meets compliance standards
· Collaborating with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation
· Keeping accurate records of all maintenance work completed

What We’re Looking For

· A qualified Electrician with a current A Grade licence
· Minimum 3 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (food/FMCG ideal)
· Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
· Able to interpret technical drawings and manuals
· A team player with good communication and safety-first mindset
· Able to work afternoon shift on a permanent basis
