Jacobs is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join our Cities & Places business, embedded within our Building Services team, to play a pivotal role in large scale projects across ANZ. This is a unique opportunity to take the electrical engineering lead in Brisbane which will see you collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery excellence.

 As Principal Electrical Engineer, you will:

  • Lead the electrical design and delivery excellence for our clients
  • Operate as a trusted client interface, ensuring technical excellence and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to drive integrated solutions in complex    environments.
  •  Champion Jacobs’ values and safety culture while mentoring junior engineers.
  •  Play a key role in growing our ANZ Building Services capability, identifying and winning new work locally.

Here's what you'll need

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced engineer who:

  • Has a strong consultancy background and thrives in client-facing roles.
  • Brings proven experience delivering hospital or health infrastructure projects.
  • Is comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams and managing project delivery.
  • Has a work-winning mindset and understands the ANZ market landscape.
  • Is passionate about mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
