The role

We are seeking a motivated 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice in Gippsland to join our team and develop hands-on skills working alongside experienced electricians on major infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the electrical industry while gaining practical experience across installation, maintenance and commissioning works.

Your everyday:
  • Assist qualified electricians with installation of electrical systems and infrastructure
  • Support cable installation, termination and basic electrical fit-out works
  • Learn to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
  • Assist with testing, fault finding and commissioning activities
  • Maintain tools, equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures, SWMS and site requirements
  • Attend trade school and complete all apprenticeship training requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver projects safely and efficiently
Who are you?
  • A 3rd or 4th year Electrical Apprentice
  • Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Physically fit and comfortable working on construction sites
  • Commitment to safety and following procedures
  • Driver's licence (or working towards) preferred
